The monster of the ness lake
One of the many books that talks about the monster of the ness lake is the one of Esteban Martín. The book explains the riddles of the lake and its monster, already well known to us.
Legend has it that this creature was a plesiosaur that escaped extinction. Nessie is huge, has a long neck, a small head, two pairs of fins and a tail.
Nessie was first seen in 565 when St. Columba, an Irish priest traveling through the Scottish Highlands saw the creature.
In 1939, the periodical Nothern Chronic published a story entitled "A Strange Experience on Loch Ness" in which he told the story of two fishermen claiming to have seen an animal. It was this year when the monster of Loch Ness was announced as we know it today.
Although the legend and we all know it the book explains to us in a juvenile way, with mystery and adventures.
