Rowing, nautical sport where the athlete competes in boats driven by the muscular force of one or several rowers, using one or two oars as simple levers of first degree, seated of backs in the direction of the movement. In a rowing boat all the supporting elements must be fixed to the body of the boat, only the car where the rower is seated can move. Depending on whether the car is mobile or will not result in a rating.

In my opinion I think the lakes is a good place to practice rowing
